Lake Leman, also known as Lake Geneva if you are from the States like myself, is positioned along the border of Switzerland and France. Due north of the lake lies the white wine vineyards of Lausanne mirrored by the French Alps to the south. Lausanne serves as the headquarters for the International Olympic Committee, and the walkway along the lake in Switzerland is filled with greenery and parks, small shops, performers, and some of the best views I have ever witnessed in my life.
