If you have read 28 Hours in Dublin, you may recognize this picture. O’Sullivan Antiques is an inconspicuous antique furniture store nestled on a quiet, residential street in Dublin, Ireland. What’s so neat about European antique stores are the dated pieces of history you can find. This stone well pictured here is over 300 years old! Compared to antique stores in the United States stocked with memorabilia from the 1960s, the items in stores like O’Sullivan’s have so much more history to tell. What kind of antique treasures have you found on your travels? Let us know below!
